This is taking the staff page to a whole new level. This type of creativity would definitely increase visitor time on the site.

For us, this page is also a way to both choose and prepare our customers to what they should expect when meeting us in person. They know we won’t go suited up to a meeting, and when they visit us at the office they have a better idea of what to expect. :)
